In nursing school at Columbia University, I spent countless hours turning lecture slides into practice questions with generic AI tools that never quite understood what I needed.

Finding a new-grad RN residency was just as frustrating: endless hospital websites, scattered job postings, and deadlines that were easy to miss.

I knew I wasn’t alone.

So I started building something better. What began as a tool I shared with my classmates grew into a bigger idea: one place where nursing students, future NPs and CRNAs prepare for their exams, and new-grad nurses find their first job.

That’s how Vibe Nursing was born.
